About GY Aluminium
Our factories are equipped with 70 extrusion lines with capacity ranging from 600-5500 tons for a total annual output of 700,000 tons, producing a wide range of standard aluminium profiles with more than 100,000 different cross-profiles. Our 200 sets of key production equipment allow us to produce high-tech custom profiles, precisely matching the clients’ drawings.
GY's global sales network has expanded to more than 70 countries, i.e. Germany, France, USA, Australia, Dubai, Israel, Nigeria, and Brazil. Our commitment to quality integrity has won not only the recommendations from our existing users but also dozens of honour certificates from reputable authorities.
GY ALUMINIUM PRODUCTION PROCESS
GY aluminium has the world’s leading production line of vertical anodic oxidation, the 4,000 T extrusion production lines , the vertical fluorocarbon coating production line with Ransburg spray disc from Japan, and the multi-colour electrostatic powder coating productions lines from the UK and Switzerland. Most of the production procedures are handled and monitored by machines with artificial intelligence.
